




Position Summary: We are seeking a Traffic Manager to coordinate the delivery and management of creative assets, ensure timely execution, and collaborate with teams to maintain smooth operations and optimize processes. We are looking for a **Traffic Manager** to coordinate the delivery and management of creative assets across multiple formats, ensure adherence to deadlines, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors. This person will play a key role in maintaining smooth campaign operations, proactively resolving issues, and supporting process optimization—including operational oversight, quality controls, and billing management. If you are passionate about coordination, organization, and teamwork in a dynamic environment, we want to meet you! **Key Responsibilities** * Establish best practices to develop and scale capabilities within the agency. * Create and/or support the development of creative trafficking instructions; ensure accuracy and timely approvals across multiple plans and concurrent project timelines. * Execute trafficking for all required creative assets (broadcast, out-of-home, print, and digital), ensuring materials are received, approved, and released on time. * Proactively monitor adherence to all media and client deadlines; take timely and appropriate actions if deadlines are at risk due to internal or external stakeholders. * Coordinate with the appropriate members of the creative team and communicate expectations regarding timelines and deliverables effectively. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external media vendors/platforms to ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues. * Delegate tasks as needed to ensure team members consistently focus on the most critical projects and priorities. * Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign delivery through continuous oversight of asset submissions; escalate potential delivery issues and propose timely solutions. * Oversee the billing process between the agency and trafficking platforms to ensure accuracy; confirm billing details and approve them prior to submission to Finance for client processing. * Serve as a reliable source of data, insights, and context for client campaign execution; identify opportunities to create efficiencies and automation within operations. * Provide supervision and guidance to the team, including third parties or contractors involved in these tasks. **Skills and Knowledge** * Solid understanding of creative development processes for broadcast, out-of-home, print, and/or digital channels. * Experience managing campaigns in fast-paced environments, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Demonstrated ability to learn and understand each client’s business; act as an extension of the client with operational knowledge of factors that may influence media decisions or deadlines. * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently. * Strong written and verbal communication skills with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. * Meticulous attention to detail and process. * Experience with project management software and/or Google Smartsheets. * Experience with Comcast and/or Extreme Reach for broadcast trafficking. * Experience with Mediaocean (required); experience with CM360, DOmedia, and other media platforms/tools is a plus. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
