Assertive communication, organization, and confidentiality are valued **Data Entry Clerk** **Education:** * **Academic Level:** Completed high school. **Experience:** * 2 years of experience in this position **Job Purpose:** Ensure accurate and timely data entry, as well as manage the operations department’s document archive. **Technical Knowledge and Skills:** * **Systems:** Intermediate-level Office proficiency (Excel/Word), email, and web browsing. * **Tools:** Use of computers, photocopiers, and printers. * **Regulations:** Basic knowledge of ISO 9001-2015. **Main Responsibilities:** * Data entry and chart generation for inspection reports. * Archiving and administration of the operational database. * Information backup and preparation of consolidated reports per client. **Soft Skills Competencies:** * Assertive communication and teamwork. * Excellent time management and organizational skills. * Strong commitment to information confidentiality.
