




Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible foreign trade analyst to handle the entry and validation of customs entry forms, generation of COVES and electronic documents. Key Points: 1. PC and Internet proficiency 2. Knowledge of foreign trade laws 3. Preparation and completion of customs entry forms EDUCATION: Completed high school (including incomplete) AGE: 22 TO 40 YEARS OLD EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR in activities related to cargo clearance. SCHEDULE Mon-Fri 9 AM–6 PM and Sat OBJECTIVE Entry of pro forma customs entry forms, generation of COVES and Electronic Documents (ED), validation and payment of customs entry forms. KNOWLEDGE * PC and Internet proficiency. * Foreign Trade Laws. * Preparation of customs entry forms (customs entry form codes). * Familiarity with software for completing customs entry forms. SKILLS * Analytical and organized * Ability to work under pressure * Responsible FUNCTIONS * Review files submitted by Traffic Executives, cross-check information against documents, and clarify discrepancies as needed. * Enter the pro forma customs entry form promptly and accurately, verify shipping guides, weight, packages, and “CR” warehouse designation, then submit to Customs Valuation for review. * Generate E-documents and verify their upload to the corresponding customs entry form, as well as the required COVES. * Receive observations or modifications from the Customs Valuation officer and make necessary corrections. * etc. Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $10,500.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract Work Location: On-site employment
