Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment **JOIN THE VENTO MOTORCYCLES TEAM AND DEVELOP YOUR CAREER IN THE AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRY!** Vento Motorcycles is a brand focused on delivering urban mobility solutions tailored to the lifestyle and preferences of Mexican consumers. **WE ARE SEEKING: TECHNICAL SUPPORT LERMA** **JOB OBJECTIVE:** Provide effective support to VNA group users **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed Bachelor's degree or Technical degree in Computer Science * Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment * 1 year or more of experience in similar positions * Basic English proficiency required to understand installation messages and/or error messages. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Provide technical support to computer equipment and/or users. * Switching and configuration of controllers and routers. * UTP and fiber optic network cabling * Access points * Laser printers, basic configuration * Thermal printers, basic configuration * Zebra printers, basic configuration * Gmail and Outlook email setup * Windows 10 and 11, from basic to advanced configuration * Assembly and repair of PCs and laptops * BIOS and drivers * Computer management, workgroups, and network configuration. * OMADA experience is desirable **WE OFFER:** * Monthly gross salary of $10,000 initially; increases to $12,000 gross after 6 months * Statutory benefits from day one (vacation, vacation bonus, year-end bonus, IMSS) * Savings fund * Subsidized cafeteria * Special employee purchase program **WORK SCHEDULE:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:20 p.m. Salary: Starting at $10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
