




**Functions and Responsibilities:** * Prepare and cook food according to established menus and required portion sizes. * Properly operate kitchen equipment and utensils. * Ensure correct handling and storage of food. * Comply with hygiene and food safety standards as stipulated by current regulations. * Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure production efficiency. * Supervise ingredient storage and report supply needs. * Maintain a clean and organized workstation. * Follow instructions from the head chef and assist with other tasks as required. **Requirements:** **Age** * 20–30 years old **Experience:** * Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience, preferably in high-volume production (industrial cafeterias, high-demand restaurants, hospitals, etc.). **Knowledge of:** * Cooking and food preparation techniques. * Good Hygiene and Food Handling Practices. **Skills and Competencies:** * Organization and ability to work under pressure. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and commitment. * Speed and efficiency in food preparation.
