**What will you do as a Human Resources Generalist at Sealed Air?**

You will be the person who makes everything run smoothly at our plant. You will ensure that administrative and human resources processes are executed accurately, that information is up to date in our systems, and that employee experiences—from onboarding to offboarding—are guided by our values and corporate policies.

* You will keep personnel information updated in MSA and validate weekly payroll pre-processing.
* You will administer employment contracts, work letters, and official documentation such as Infonavit or certification documents.
* You will support hiring of unionized, administrative, and internship personnel, ensuring a positive experience from recruitment.
* You will prepare human resources reports and metrics such as absenteeism, turnover, and hours worked.
* You will coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring each person starts their journey at Sealed Air on the right foot.
* You will support your team and operational departments in executing key initiatives and projects.
* You will promote a positive work environment by listening and guiding employees when needed.
* You will manage vendors and support exit processes and exit interviews to ensure a healthy employment relationship until the last day.
**What do you need to succeed?**

* Knowledge of human resources management systems (MSA, ADP, SAP).
* Intermediate proficiency in Excel and skills to create reports and metrics.
* Solid understanding of the Federal Labor Law and Internal Regulations.
* Ability to coordinate payroll, hiring, and employment documentation processes.
* Experience in recruitment and follow-up of unionized or administrative personnel.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sensitivity to empathetically support employees.
* Intermediate level of English (desirable).
