We offer a collaborative environment, continuous training, and the opportunity for professional growth.* **Requirements:** * Education: Completed bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience: 1 year or more in a similar position. * Knowledge of LFT, IMSS, ISR, and Fonacot. **Skills:** * Autonomous. * Organized. * Analytical skills. * Effective communication. * Customer service. * Intermediate Excel. * ERP system handling. **Responsibilities:** * Fonacot processing. * IMSS calculation. * Payroll calculation. * Reconcile payroll in ERP. * IDSE issuance download. * Generate SUA report (cédula). * Perform reconciliation (IDSE vs SUA). * Generate SIPARE payment line. * Request incident reports from clients. * Calculate severance and settlements. * Employee registrations, terminations, and confirmations on IMSS portal. * Check compliance opinions. * Payroll receipt stamping and distribution. * Assist accountants with clarification of doubts. * Send payroll report to client for approval. * Make payroll corrections according to client requests. * Attend to clients for resolution of inquiries and/or advisory. * Proper application and tracking of Infonavit amortizations. * Enter incidents into the ERP system and perform corresponding tests. * Notify treasury of payroll validation for payment and invoicing. * Set up user accounts in systems and portals (IDSE, SIPARE, Infonavit Empresarial, Virtual Desktop, IMSS mailbox) for each client. **We Offer:** * Net salary $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 (depending on experience). * Statutory and additional benefits. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. *Don't miss the opportunity to become part of our team!* Job type: Full-time, Indefinite duration Salary: $12,000.00 \- $14,000.00 per month Experience: * Payroll: 1 year (Required) Work location: On-site
