**TECHNICAL TRAINING SPECIALIST** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** · Execute employee training plans and programs. · Design, execute, and implement mechanisms and methodologies for identifying training needs. · Ensure compliance with national and international GMP regulations applicable to training in the Pharmaceutical Industry. · Support resolution of non-conformities and agreements identified during internal and external audits. · Apply comprehension assessments and checklists during the training and qualification process. · Review and approve training matrices and follow up on their completion. **REQUIREMENTS:** · Bachelor's degree or engineering in chemical, pharmaceutical, or related sciences. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar positions, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. · Knowledge of GMP, GLP, GCP, GDP, NOM-059, STPS, ISO 9001\. **WE OFFER:** · Salary: $20,000 monthly gross · Benefits exceeding legal requirements · Work schedule from Monday to Friday · Subsidized cafeteria service Work location: Parque Industrial Toluca 2000 Position type: Full-time Salary: $20,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site
