Maintains internal communication and labor conciliation **Full Job Description** Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related field preferred. * Must reside in Celaya. * Solid knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) and IMSS regulations. * Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Knowledge and experience in personnel administration. * Proven experience in personnel administration, recruitment and selection, and labor relations. * Vehicle ownership preferred. Responsibilities and Functions: * Ensure that all assigned processes are carried out timely and correctly (hiring, termination, promotions, transfers, salary increases, personnel files, etc.). * Act as a mediator in situations between employees and their direct supervisors. * Manage administrative/legal matters: (complete personnel files, resignations, final settlements, medical leaves, labor claims). * Keep personnel records up to date. * Inform the corresponding department about new processes, changes, or situations affecting operations (Internal Communication). * Responsible for the entire recruitment process (posting vacancies, conducting interviews, hiring). * Schedule, manage logistics, and coordinate attendance for training. * Administer personnel records for 100 individuals.
