Experience: Minimum of 4 years in personnel administration and training. **Specific Knowledge:** Intermediate to advanced Excel (technical test will be administered) Payroll calculation, severance settlements (technical test will be administered) Federal Labor Law, IMSS, INFONAVIT (technical test will be administered) Group management Workplace safety and hygiene guidelines **Skills:** Good communication skills Empathy Group management **Responsibilities:** Personnel Administration: Daily registration of attendance and incidents (performance and soft skills), maintaining appropriate follow-up on compliance with internal policies regarding discipline, punctuality, and performance. Prepare progress reports, incident reports, participation, performance, and training reports monthly or as required. Keep physical and digital files of evidence (attendance, incidents, performance, etc.) updated, ensuring their availability. Follow up on contract signatures, disaffiliations, payments, loans, uniform deliveries, credential renewals, and other processes arising from personnel administration, ensuring efficient management. Efficiently coordinate permissions, vacations, absences, and other incidents, ensuring daily operation within the schedule. Training: Promptly follow up on the soft skills training plan, ensuring quarterly and annual compliance, managing and safeguarding necessary evidence through established channels. Conduct training and feedback sessions, preparing materials and resources for sessions, implementing activities and dynamics for the development of soft skills, ensuring adherence to the training plan. Implement the established semi-annual performance evaluation method. Apply and safeguard training evidence forms and performance evaluations.
