Position Summary: MARSACOT is seeking a Monitoring Operator to supervise units, detect incidents, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Real-time monitoring of units and systems 2. Immediate detection, analysis, and reporting of incidents 3. Constant communication with operational areas and supervision ***MARSACOT INVITES YOU TO JOIN ITS GREAT WORK TEAM!*** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Real-time monitoring of assigned units, facilities, or systems. * Supplementing the WEB FLEET platform information corresponding to each unit per work center. * Immediate detection, analysis, and reporting of incidents. * Tracking of critical events. * Developing security protocols and incident follow-up procedures. * Preparing daily reports, logs, and event records. * Supervising routes and operators. * Constant communication with operational areas and supervision. * Compliance with internal procedures and safety regulations. * Operating the WEBFLEET digital platform. REQUIREMENTS: * Gender: Male or Female * Age range: 20–40 * Education: Completed high school diploma (technical degree or bachelor’s degree preferred). * Prior experience as a monitoring operator, CCTV operator, GPS operator, or similar position (preferred). * Analytical ability, concentration, and decision-making skills. * High sense of responsibility and confidentiality. * Proficiency in systems and/or software: Microsoft Office suite. * Experience in: Basic computer operation and monitoring systems.
