Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Live Gaming Monitor with CCTV monitoring expertise and knowledge of table games to audit procedures, resolve conflicts, and detect fraud. Key Highlights: 1. Preparation of daily reports and summaries We are looking for YOU!! **If you have experience in CCTV camera monitoring, strong mathematical aptitude, mental calculation skills, numerical operations, and knowledge of table games such as Blackjack, Poker, Baccarat, and Roulette, this is your opportunity.** Join us as a: **LIVE GAMING MONITOR** **What will you do?** * Monitor live gaming tables (JEV). * Audit game procedures, including opening/closing protocols, rules, and payouts. * Resolve gaming disputes and clarify issues by reviewing video footage. * Monitor cash cage transactions (sales, payouts, purchases, exchanges). * Monitor operations across terminal areas, A&B zones, Customer Service (Hostess), Security (customer/employee access), and Sportbook. * Detect fraud and cheating at live gaming tables (JEV). * Prepare daily reports and summaries, investigate thefts, frauds, workplace accidents, altercations in the casino floor, and any incidents disrupting casino order. * Maintain records and files containing various data logs (game results, inventory of gaming supplies, chips). **Benefits we offer you:** * Competitive salary * Statutory benefits * IMSS coverage from Day 1 * Savings fund Additionally, you will enjoy: * Ongoing training * Direct employment with the company * Positive work environment * Growth opportunities **Requirements:** High school diploma or higher Minimum 2 years of relevant experience Availability to rotate shifts 8-hour shifts (6x2 schedule).
