Responsibilities: * Development of projects for client presentation. * Preparation of construction progress reports. * Development of work plans. * Drafting of drawings and designs. * Technical and execution supervision in accordance with drawings/regulations and client requirements. * Control of logbooks, budgets, and schedules. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * On-site quality and safety management. Requirements: * Proficiency in design software. * Mandatory: Personal computer equipment. * Preferred: Personal vehicle (operational and transportation expenses reimbursed at 100%).
