Collaborative environment Position: Architect/Engineer Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in **Architecture** or **Engineering** * Experience in **architectural drawings** * Experience in **project monitoring or construction supervision** (preferred) * Proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory) * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite** * Ability to organize and track projects * Teamwork skills * Availability to work in Lerma Main Responsibilities * Preparation and review of drawings * Monitoring of ongoing projects * Construction supervision * Coordination with suppliers and contractors * Progress control * Administrative reporting for the department We Offer * Base salary starting at **$14,000 per month** * Professional development * Job stability * Collaborative environment **Working Hours** * Monday to Friday: 8:00–18:00 hrs * Saturday: 9:00–14:00 hrs Work Location * Lerma de Villada Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $20,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Company parking * Flexible working hours Workplace: On-site employment
