Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure construction execution, guaranteeing structural, electrical, and other safety requirements. * Budget and unit price management. * Ensure compliance with performance indicators, timelines, company regulations, and procedures. * Full-scale construction site setup from scratch. * Site surveying and land measurement and analysis. * Supervision of structures, finishes, and final details. * Coordination and on-site personnel management. * Control of construction progress and schedule adherence. * Application of welding and ironwork knowledge. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in commercial construction. * Technical knowledge of structures, finishes, and materials. * Leadership ability and on-site problem-solving capability. * Knowledge of blueprint reading and AutoCAD usage is desirable. * Valid driver’s license (desirable).
