Job Summary: PRODUCTION LINE SUPERVISOR oversees production lines, coordinates personnel, and ensures efficiency and safety in industrial packing and repackaging operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Coordination of operational personnel to meet production targets. 2. Supervision of proper use of PPE and compliance with safety regulations. 3. Analysis of losses and development of proposals for their reduction. **FASKE INDUSTRIAL – A 100% Mexican company, maquiladora (copacker) dedicated to industrial packaging and repackaging, focused on assembling consumer offers.** WE ARE SEEKING: **PRODUCTION LINE SUPERVISOR** ***Requirements:*** * **Education:** Completed junior high school * **Age Range:** 21 to 55 years old ***Experience:*** * 1 year of experience in production lines (food, automotive, textile) * 6 months of personnel management experience (supervising 6\-10 people) ***Responsibilities:*** * Experience in launching production lines, ensuring availability of required materials. * Coordination of operational personnel to meet production targets. * Preparation of daily production reports and incident logs, including line downtime. * Monitoring of production indicators (rate) and achievement of established objectives. * Supervision of proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and compliance with safety regulations in the area. * Analysis of losses in the production process and development of proposals for their reduction. **DESIRED TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:** * 5S programs. * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). * Quality and productivity standards. **REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:** * Proactivity * Effective communication * Leadership * Teamwork * Problem solving * Attention to detail * Ability to work under pressure * Decision making ***Schedule:*** *FIXED SHIFT* * **3rd Shift:** 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (Monday to Friday) ***Work Location:*** EXPORTEC II INDUSTRIAL PARK AND PARAGÓN AIRPORT PARK ***WE OFFER:*** * $2,650 gross weekly * Statutory benefits Salary: Up to $2,650\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
