**Job Description:** MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR Required knowledge or competencies: * Knowledge of mechanics, electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and construction (reading blueprints). * Basic operation of equipment (motor, filler, agitator, labeling machine, conveyor belt, kettle, compressor, pumps). * Use of maintenance tools and materials specific to industrial maintenance. * Knowledge of STPS regulations. Main job responsibilities: * Conduct periodic inspections of equipment and facilities according to the company’s scheduled programs. * Develop preventive maintenance manuals for each piece of company equipment. * Perform inventory of company equipment and tools and verify physical existence of each item. * Periodically review equipment maintenance cards and supervise staff to ensure proper usage. * Identify potential suppliers of materials and spare parts. * Prepare monthly reports on equipment conditions and maintenance activities performed during the month. * Analyze equipment durability statistics and propose improvement alternatives. * Comply with occupational health, hygiene, and safety regulations and procedures, as well as Good Manufacturing Practices and documentation requirements.
