




**Customer Service Executive** What are we looking for in you? * Completed high school education in **business or administrative fields**. * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in telephone customer service (preferably in insurance or financial services). * Excellent **spelling and writing skills**. * Proficiency in **CRM** and **call center platforms**. * Customer-oriented mindset, organizational skills, and strong communication abilities. Your challenge * Handle **incoming and outgoing calls** from customers, agents, and business partners regarding: * General information * Policy inquiries, payments, and claims * Post-issuance services from various insurance providers * Accurately record each interaction in the **CRM**, ensuring full traceability and comprehensive documentation. * Route and provide **timely follow-up** on requests requiring support from other departments. * Strive for **first-contact resolution**, prioritizing customer satisfaction and peace of mind. * Actively participate in **continuous improvement programs, feedback sessions, and training initiatives**.
