




**Objectives:** * Control and organization of surveys from the Sales and Service departments, using the specified formats for this purpose (call logs, graphs, appointments, and complaints). * Make follow-up calls to customers after analyzing the O.R, graph call results, capture information for analysis and weekly decision-making. * Prepare daily and monthly reports extracting statistical analysis of service customer calls, sales customer calls, and program 02, forwarding them to RAD and the CRM responsible person. (within five business days after month-end closing for service and partial sales). * Control complaint forms in coordination with the CRM responsible person. * Comply and ensure compliance with all instructions from the Quality Management System, as well as Safety, Hygiene, and Ecology measures. * Keep work area clean and organized at all times. * Participate in internal and external training when scheduled and instructed. **Requirements:** 20 to 32 years old **Education:** Executive Secretary Administrative Technician Bachelor's degree in Administration **Personal Appearance:** Impeccable presentation, service attitude, neatness, and cleanliness. **Required Skills:** Typing Computer literacy Customer service Job type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
