




PIXCA Group is seeking: Sales and Event Coordinator Objective: Ensure the proper achievement of sales objectives through an action plan. Respond to customers at all times. Represent and promote the company’s services. Responsibilities: * Prepare quotation proposals in response to customer requests (weddings, quinceañeras, baptisms, birthdays, graduations) and corporate events that do not involve hotel room rentals. * Schedule garden visits and conduct guided tours for customers requesting banquet services with the garden. * Schedule and coordinate tastings to finalize sales. * Maintain an up-to-date client database to carry out necessary follow-up activities. * Compile a summary report of potential clients, confirmed events, and clients who did not proceed with booking. * Request advance payments to secure event reservations. * Block confirmed dates in the system. * Draft contracts and schedule appointments for contract signing. * Create files for all new clients. * Enter itemized costs—including garden fees, banquet costs, and additional services—as well as personal information of clients who have already booked, into the system. * Deliver the signed contract to the event coordinator and connect the client with her for event follow-up. * Clarify contractual questions or specifications with both the event coordinator and clients. Requirements: * Sales experience. * Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Professional appearance. * Strong verbal communication skills. * Flexible availability.
