Description
Manufacture, repair, and maintain hives (supers), frames, covers, and other wooden components required for honey production, ensuring the use of non-toxic materials and high-precision finishes that safeguard hive health
**REQUIREMENTS**
* Knowledge and use of carpentry tools.
* Construction of biological materials.
* Preventive maintenance.
* Design and prototyping of wooden furniture for the company's business activities.
* Inventory management, waste control, and workshop maintenance.
* **Experience:** Minimum 3 years in bench carpentry or manufacturing wooden structures.
* **Desirable:** Basic knowledge of or interest in apiculture (if you lack it, we’ll train you!).
* **Material Knowledge:** Selection of appropriate woods (pine, cedar, etc.) and natural treatments (linseed oil, beeswax) free of chemicals.
**Key Skills and Competencies:**
* **Speed and efficiency** to respond during periods of high demand.
* **Attention to detail** to maintain standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* **Teamwork** to coordinate with waitstaff, kitchen, and bar staff.
