




Position Summary: This role focuses on risk management, staffing analysis, resource planning, and committee participation to improve processes within the nursing department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Annual management of the nursing department’s risk matrix. 2. Analysis and review of nursing staff requirements. 3. Development and monitoring of the annual procurement plan for nursing. Responsibilities: * Conduct annual risk matrix assessment for the nursing department. * Perform joint analysis and review with Human Capital of staffing requirements based on nurse\-patient indicators. * Develop an optimal nursing staffing template aligned with job profiles and staff competencies. * Develop and monitor the nursing department’s annual procurement plan for materials and services to ensure necessary supplies for nursing care activities. * Participate in various committees to provide input within the scope of expertise for process improvement or reengineering.
