**MARITAL STATUS:** Indistinct. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technical Degree / Diesel Technical Degree **WORK EXPERIENCE:** Leading service teams and managing workshop resources in the agricultural sector, personnel management, fault diagnosis, component repair. **JOB DESCRIPTION:** Coordinate and support technicians in diagnostic tasks, form completion, and access to updated technical information, with the aim of ensuring accurate diagnoses that minimize repair times, safeguarding and maintaining the necessary technical information for warranty procedures and providing feedback to customers regarding repairs performed on units, reporting identified faults to the estimator for quotation and informing the service advisor about unit completion and delivery to the customer. **COMPETENCIES:** Problem analysis and resolution, business opportunities, decision-making, conflict management, negotiation, customer orientation, interpersonal relationships, influence and persuasion. **ACTIVITIES:** Manage available workshop resources to optimize service times, available personnel, and improve the profitability of the service area. Advise technicians on high-complexity diagnostics and repairs, as well as on the use of standard repair times, avoiding excessive waiting times and ensuring proper repairs. Provide feedback to management regarding completed work and delivery dates, with the aim of timely customer notification regarding their units. Schedule equipment calibration, maintenance of productive sites, and purchase of tools required for workshop operations. Ensure quality of all work performed in the workshop through random quality checklists or applicable tests, aiming to ensure first-time-right repairs and customer satisfaction. Monitor service indicators, such as workshop dwell time, training, workshop productivity, and propose action plans to maintain these indicators within target levels.
