As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our store, ensuring the achievement of sales targets and an exceptional customer experience. PASEO INTERLOMAS Responsibilities: * Supervise daily store operations, including inventory management, employee scheduling, and customer service. * Ensure that customer service standards are maintained at all times, providing an exceptional shopping experience. * Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and team sales goals. * Regularly monitor staff performance, providing training and constructive feedback. * Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and attract new customers. * Maintain and promote a positive and consistent brand image in the store.
