





**Job Description – Quality Manager** **Company:** *Good Bites* **Department:** Quality / Food Safety **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm **Reports to:** General Management / Operations Management **Position Objective** Ensure that all company processes, products, and operations meet the highest standards of **quality, food safety, and regulatory compliance**, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, regulatory adherence, and strengthening international certifications such as **FSSC 22000 or FQS**. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and improve the **Food Safety and Quality Management System**. * Supervise and validate production, packaging, and storage processes according to national and international standards. * Coordinate internal and external certification audits (FSSC 22000 / FQS). * Ensure compliance with **GMP, SOPs, HACCP**, and applicable food industry regulations. * Manage document control programs, traceability, and supplier controls. * Lead sampling activities, sensory analysis, microbiological, and physicochemical testing. * Supervise compliance with final product specifications. * Coordinate the management of **corrective and preventive actions**, as well as continuous improvement plans. * Train operational staff in good practices, food safety, and quality culture. * Collaborate directly with production, maintenance, and procurement departments to ensure quality standards. **Requirements** * **Completed bachelor's degree** (Food Engineering, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or related field). * **Minimum of 3 years of experience** in similar roles within the food industry. * Proven experience in **FSSC 22000 or FQS certifications**. * Solid knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SOPs, audits, and applicable regulations. * Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and work under demanding standards. * Results-oriented, organized, disciplined, and effective communication skills. **Key Competencies** * Leadership and decision-making * Planning and organization * Analysis and problem-solving * Effective communication * Working under pressure * Focus on quality and food safety * Strategic vision and continuous improvement **We Offer** * **Competitive salary** * **Weekly pay** * Professional growth and development within the company * Benefits and additional perks based on tenure * Excellent work environment * Long-term stability and career progression Job type: Full-time Salary: $11,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free uniforms Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (Desirable) Experience: * Quality systems: 3 years (Required) Work location: On-site
