Prepack PO submission is also a responsibility for the MX clubs accounts PO Issuance Distributors: everymonth the PO Issuance window is open during week 3 and 4, with an average of 140 PO per week, the PO DESK (Buyer) is required to convert PCONFs coming from SAP APO to Transfer Purchase orders in SAP S4 Material Master revision: every season the PO Desk needs to execute a deeply revision on the product parameters* Product Adoption * Season activation * Std Cost creation * Price Condition * Order Agreement Replenishment POs and PO Updates: The PO Desk is responsible to submit the replenishment POs in case the vendors had a shortage in production, so the PO DESK needs to review discrepancies and release every week the new replenishment PO. Other responsibility is to receive all updates requested from Vendors through the SSM contact, updates like Exit factory change, Delay Code, price upcharge, Incoterm change.
