




Job Objectives: Advise and guide customers throughout the vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a high-quality experience, achieving established sales targets, and fostering customer loyalty. Prospect and attract potential customers through various channels (showrooms, phone calls, social media, in-person visits to the sales floor). Provide personalized advice regarding vehicle models, features, pricing, financing plans, and insurance options. Negotiate terms and finalize sales transactions. Follow up after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage rewards or referrals. Achieve monthly sales targets and report results to the manager.
