Position Summary: We are seeking a Logistics Administrative Assistant to manage purchase orders, verify services provided by suppliers, control invoices and payments, and follow up on requests. Customer follow-up and support Textile company is seeking; **ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (LOGISTICS)** **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or incomplete university degree with administrative experience. * Gender: No preference (male preferred) * Age: 22–40 years old (preferred) * Experience: 2 years in logistics (a test will be administered) * Knowledge: Proficiency in PC use and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Verbal and written communication skills * Retail service experience (Liverpool, Sam's, Sears, Miniso, C&A, etc.) * Letters of recommendation or employment certificates **Responsibilities:** * Deliver purchase orders * Verify services required from suppliers at the warehouse * Control invoices and payments, reporting them to the Logistics Manager * Follow up on requested services * Customer support (e.g., Liverpool, Sears, etc.) * Prepare warehouse reports and maintain service records for different departments * Deliver internal documents to respective departments * Maintain delivery records for various products from the plant * Track subcontractors (maquiladores) If you meet 100% of the requirements, please apply.
