




**Job Objective:** Provide comprehensive, personalized, and timely assistance to insured individuals directly from the client’s facilities, managing Major Medical Expenses (GMM) claims, providing coverage guidance, hospital follow-up, and support in scheduling and reimbursement processes. Ensure an agile and human-centered experience that strengthens the relationship between the client and the broker. ### **Responsibilities / Activities:** * Provide personalized assistance to the client’s employees regarding their Major Medical Expenses (GMM) policy. * Manage GMM claims end-to-end, including document receipt, preliminary analysis, and submission to the insurer. * Conduct hospital follow-up and coordinate medical appointments. * Guide insured individuals on coverage, medical network, deductibles, and co-insurance. * Review documentation and prepare files for reimbursement and appointment processes. * Maintain constant communication with insurers, hospitals, and treating physicians. * Prepare operational reports and update statuses in internal systems. * Ensure compliance with SLAs and agreed service levels. ### **Requirements:** * **1 to 3 years** of experience in GMM claims management, either at insurance companies or brokerage firms. * Solid knowledge of GMM policies, medical fee schedules, reimbursement processes, scheduling, coverage, and medical networks. * Strong customer service orientation, empathy, and interpersonal skills. * Organizational skills, effective communication, and ability to work under pressure.
