**Requirements**
· Education: Technical degree or Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy.
· Valid driver's license.
· Prior experience in industrial cafeterias, kitchens, restaurants, or food service.
· Knowledge of large-scale food preparation.
· Familiarity with food hygiene and safety standards.
· Availability for operational work and teamwork.

**Responsibilities**
· Development and monitoring of standardized recipes.
· Preparation of bulk food for distribution.
· Cooking of proteins, sauces, soups, side dishes, and base preparations.
· Quality control, taste evaluation, and food presentation.
· Reporting of incidents and support to chef or supervisor.
· Cleaning and sanitization of work areas, utensils, and equipment.
· Control and reduction of waste and spoilage.
· Packaging, labeling, and storage of finished products.
· Proper handling of kitchen equipment.
· Assistance with distribution and service in on-site cafeterias.
Salary: $13,000\.00 per month
