Location: Rincón de San Lorenzo, Toluca **Job Requirements:** * Minimum Education: Technical degree preferred; minimum high school diploma * Age: 27 to 40 years old * Gender: Unrestricted * Prior experience as warehouse supervisor or manager * SAP proficiency * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite **Job Functions:** * Supervise receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. * Verify received products meet specifications (quantity, documentation). * Conduct physical and system-based inventory control (cyclic counts and audits). * Record inbound and outbound movements in the system (ERP or internal controls). * Maintain warehouse order, cleanliness, and proper layout. * Coordinate warehouse staff and assign daily tasks. * Monitor stock levels and report shortages or overages. * Prepare orders and ensure accurate, timely deliveries. * Generate inventory, shrinkage, incident, and productivity reports. * Coordinate and oversee picking operations, ensuring accuracy in quantities and product codes. * Lead the operational team **Work Schedule:** Full-time, Monday through Saturday (9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, including 2-hour lunch break) **Benefits:** * Thirteenth-month bonus (Aguinaldo) * Savings fund * Credit union (Caja de ahorro) * Life insurance * GMM health insurance * Vacation bonus (Prima vacacional) * Grocery vouchers (Vales de despensa) **Additional Benefits:** * Internal career growth opportunities **Work Location:** On-site employment Salary: $13,000.00 \- $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Credit union (Caja de ahorro) * Option for indefinite-term contract * Medical expense insurance * Life insurance * Grocery vouchers (Vales de despensa) Work Location: On-site employment
