Job Summary:
This position manages and administers activities aimed at retaining operational staff, supporting onboarding, HR-related matters, and regulatory compliance.

3. Handle onboarding processes and maintain personnel records.

Job Objective:
Manage and administer activities directed toward retaining operational staff within the plant.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct employee onboarding processes and assist in organizing activities related to the integration of new hires.
· Provide support to employees on various HR-related topics, such as absenteeism, and resolve any issues arising during operations.
· Collect and analyze data with metrics to support weekly payroll processing.
· Maintain employee records and files in electronic or paper format.
· Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education: Business Administration, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or related field.
Preference: Male.
Residence within no more than 1 hour of the Santa Ana Tlapaltitlán area (Av. Industrias Químicas).
Extensive knowledge of HR functions, pre-payroll processing, attendance tracking, and management of operational staff.
Attitudes: Leadership in task execution, analytical ability,
planning, customer orientation, interpersonal skills, and talent attraction capability.
\* Working hours: Monday to Friday (8 hours per day).
\* Availability on Saturdays for on-site follow-up of training courses, new hires, and HR processes.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in HR and generalist roles, including personnel administration.
