Location: Toluca, State of Mexico Your Objective: To be responsible for plant material supply according to customer requirements displayed in the MGO system, ensuring all required materials arrive at the plant on time, at the right location, and in the correct condition; maintaining constant communication with suppliers to update requirements based on changes in parts requests, ensuring supply coverage for critical operational aspects. Coordinate transportation methods to ensure timely material delivery to the plant. Coordinate material shipment according to its specifications. Maintain direct communication with production personnel to fulfill requirements. Customer Expectations for This Position: Track in-transit material in coordination with LLP and suppliers for material transfer. Monitor inventory levels and implement actions to maintain optimal stock. Provide support and tracking for continuous operational improvement initiatives. Regular contact with domestic and international customers and suppliers. Track suppliers and critical part numbers. Education or Experience Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1–2 years in material traffic and importation. English Proficiency: Intermediate or Advanced. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Customer focus. Effective communication. Working under pressure. Sense of urgency. Negotiation with customers and suppliers. Data analysis · WE OFFER Work schedule: 5 working days with 2 days off.
