




Job Summary: We are seeking a Baker to perform bakery and pastry processes while maintaining high standards of hygiene and quality, and operating equipment appropriately. Key Highlights: 1. Position: Baker Benefits: As stipulated by the Federal Labor Law. Schedule/Workday: Full-time schedule from 04:00 to 11:30 hrs., six days per week. Required Technical Skills: - Pastry expertise: brioche, croissant, puff pastry, laminated doughs. Dough mixing, kneading, shaping, rounding, fermentation, baking, finishing. - Sourdough bread expertise: sourdough starter management, baguette, loaves, sandwich bread. - Knowledge of pastry techniques: fillings, creams, jams, decorations. Job Description (Functions and Responsibilities): 1. Carry out bakery and pastry processes—from preparation of standard and supplementary recipes through to final product finishing, presentation, packaging, and labeling—ensuring proper food hygiene practices and optimal utilization of ingredients. 2. Conduct production in a clean and visually appealing manner, as it takes place in full view of the public. 3. Maintain constant cleanliness and order in the work area. 4. Operate equipment appropriately according to training guidelines. 5. Timely notify the purchasing department regarding ingredient reserves and stock levels to maintain warehouse control. 6. Ensure at all times that production adheres strictly to formula specifications and quality standards. 7. Provide support, as needed, in beverage preparation, order fulfillment (on time and as specified), production logistics and deliveries, customer service, and cash handling. 8. Perform periodic deep cleaning of both equipment and the general work area. 9. Complete all trainings and updates mandated by supervisors. 10. Comply with company regulations and manuals. 11. Propose, develop, and define new products. Education: High school diploma and completed studies related to baking, gastronomy, or related fields; verifiable. Work Experience: Bakery experience demonstrating mastery of the aforementioned technical skills. Evaluation Process: 1. CV submission. 2.
