Your mission will be to identify and attract top candidates for our open positions, ensuring an agile and efficient selection process. **Responsibilities:** * Post and manage job openings across various platforms. * Conduct candidate pre-screening and remote interviews. * Coordinate interviews with team leaders. * Maintain an up-to-date candidate database. * Collaborate on developing talent attraction strategies. **Requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of operational recruitment experience. * Strong communication skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficiency in candidate management tools. **Working Conditions:** * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:30, and Saturdays (Remote Work) 09:00–13:00\. * Base salary: $14,000 * Weekly payment * Hiring commissions — NO CAP! * Statutory and above-statutory benefits. * Grocery vouchers. **Location:** Av.
