




**PERFORMANCE AIR** Performance Air is a subsidiary of a consortium with over 15 years of experience in the private aviation industry and 30 years in the global luxury goods sector. The following position is available: **AERONAUTICAL OPERATIONS OFFICER** **Position Objective:** Ensure efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance across all flight operations by providing comprehensive support to flight crews and timely customer service through planning, monitoring, and logistical coordination—thereby guaranteeing flawless, operationally tailored, and regulation-compliant air services. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct briefings to support ground and in-flight services required by flight crews. * Provide 24/7 operational monitoring to track flights and operational requirements at various destinations. * Monitor flight requests to ensure prompt and timely service to company clients. * Prepare ICAO and computerized flight plans to support flight crews. * Coordinate domestic and international logistics according to flight requests. * Review and communicate NOTAMs (e.g., runway closures and weather) and TFRs (Temporary Flight Restrictions) to flight crews and clients. **EXPERIENCE:** Minimum 3 years in a similar role Age: 25–50 years Gender: Not specified Knowledge of regulations and standards issued by the Federal Aviation Agency (AFAC). Familiarity with aviation platforms such as ARINC, ForeFlight, Jeppesen, FLTPLAN, among others. Knowledge of International Trip Support. Basic computer skills. Knowledge of eAPIS and landing rights authorizations for U.S. territory. Knowledge of FAA Part 91 and Part 135 regulations. Ability to prepare CANPASS applications and related authorizations. Experience coordinating flights in Central America, South America, and the Caribbean. Familiarity with Performance Air’s aircraft performance characteristics—including weight and balance calculations. **REQUIREMENTS:** Technical degree in Aeronautical Operations or Logistics Engineering (or related field), preferred. Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), internet, and web browsing. **WORK CONDITIONS:** Willingness to travel Flexible working hours Residence within 40 minutes of Toluca Airport. As this is an operational role, immediate availability to respond via the company-issued mobile phone is mandatory at any time—including outside regular working hours and on weekends.
