Job Summary: We are seeking a Specialized Operator to ensure compliance with production, quality, food safety, and safety standards in food industrial processes. Key Highlights: 1. Electromechanical knowledge applicable to production processes. Quality assurance knowledge. Food safety knowledge. Industrial safety knowledge. Productivity and maintenance knowledge. Knowledge of pasteurization machinery. Knowledge of TPM methodology. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** 1\. Ensure compliance with production, quality, food safety, and safety standards through continuous supervision of production processes. 2\. Perform cleaning activities as specified in the master plan or whenever product quality and food safety are compromised, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. 3\. Manage raw material supply inventories to control inflows and outflows of raw materials (RM) and production materials. 4\. Optimize resources allocated to the production area by promoting responsible material usage and ensuring achievement of established objectives. 5\. Ensure equipment operates properly. 6\. Maintain document control and daily logs, applying good documentation practices. 7\. Validate equipment startup checklists. 8\.
