At LUKA.SABA, we are looking for Carpentry Assistants with the right attitude, drive to improve, and desire to become true experts in the craft. If you already have experience, great. If not, that’s fine too—because here we’ll teach you to master the art of carpentry. What will you do on a daily basis? You will learn from the best: We’ll teach you how to use manual and electric carpentry tools. You will handle high-quality materials (natural and composite): Melamine, MDF, and natural woods such as poplar, red grandis, pine, and red cedar. You will assist in all coffin or furniture assembly processes (detailing, assembling, upholstery, etc.). You will optimize time and minimize waste (no discarding material due to unnecessary errors!). You will prepare daily and weekly production reports (don’t worry—it’s not quantum physics). Requirements to join our team ✅ Carpentry experience (if you have it, great; if not, we’ll train you). ✅ Proactive attitude and willingness to learn quickly. ✅ Ability to work collaboratively in a team. ✅ Physical strength and stamina (you don’t need to be Hulk, but you must be able to lift pieces comfortably). ✅ Ability to solve problems calmly. ✅ Availability to work at our factory in San Mateo Atenco, State of Mexico.
