Position Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Center Operations Supervisor to ensure the proper operation of order packing and distribution to branches. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for your talent as: **Distribution Center Operations Supervisor** **Objective:** Ensure correct operation (packing, distribution) of orders to our branches. **Requirements:** * Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related degree * 2 years of experience in this field or similar positions * Experience managing personnel * Knowledge and proficient use of WMS * Handling an average of 1,000 SKUs per order * Knowledge or experience in distribution to retail points * KPI tracking and management * ERP system experience (Dynamics preferred) * Excel proficiency (advanced level preferred) **We Offer:** * Monthly base salary of $12,000 MXN * Statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. * Weekly payroll * Subsidized cafeteria * School supplies support for employees' children * Financial support for employees' children demonstrating academic excellence Work Location: **Blvd. Miguel Alemán 160, Col.
