Job Summary: A Field Collection Agent dedicated to payment recovery and agreement negotiation in the field, managing late-stage delinquent portfolios. Negotiation of settlement plans and agreements *Field Collection Agent* • Management conditions: 100% field-based, zone-based routing. • Transportation availability is mandatory. TOLUCA TERRITORY (Center, Metepec, Valle de Bravo, Jocotitlán). *Responsibilities:* Conduct home visits to the assigned late-stage delinquent portfolio. Increase payment recovery, payment promises, and verifiable agreements. Negotiate settlement plans and agreements within current policies, documenting customer acceptance. Payments with evidence (receipts) to update status and collection records for each visit, contact, and outcome. *Requirements:* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in field collections and/or recovery sales. Experience with late-stage delinquent portfolios (120+ days). Completed high school diploma (technical or incomplete bachelor’s degree in economics/administration fields preferred). Interest in commission-based compensation. *We Offer:* Guaranteed income of $2,296 + excellent commission structure based on recovered amounts. Weekly payments (Fridays).
