Your Mission You will be responsible for ensuring your Site operates exceptionally every single day. From operations to team atmosphere, and from customer experience to performance outcomes. You will lead, execute, and continuously improve. You’ll serve as the bridge between operations and strategy, working closely with your District Leader. Most Important: This role is a leadership incubator. If you consistently exceed your KPIs and demonstrate strong leadership, you can grow into a District Leader role in ~1 year—alongside Site Café’s expansion. What You’ll Do Lead daily operations at your Site (ensuring smooth and efficient workflows) Build a motivated, committed, and aligned team Maintain top-tier quality standards for coffee and service Oversee onboarding and ongoing development of your team Manage inventory, ordering, and day-to-day operations Supervise cash handling (opening, cash drops, closing) Resolve real-time challenges (customers, operations, team) Execute and drive business initiatives Your Challenges Maintain consistent, high-level operations EVERY SINGLE DAY Translate strategy into tangible, in-store execution Develop talent capable of growing alongside you Own your results (KPIs, customer experience, team performance) What We’re Looking For You have led teams in coffee/foodservice (e.g., assistant manager / manager / senior supervisor) You know coffee and understand real-world bar operations You’re comfortable working with numbers (sales, inventory, KPIs) You’re hands-on: you enjoy being immersed in operations—not just managing from afar You possess outstanding service attitude and communication skills You’re proficient in Office / Drive You have flexible availability and mobility What You’ll Gain Advancement to District Leader Accelerated learning within a rapidly expanding brand A young, dynamic, and energetic team Direct impact on business growth Being part of something just taking off . -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education — Technological High School Diploma 1 year of experience Keywords: leader, supervisor, manager, director, chief, lead, leadership, head, regent
