This position is critical to ensuring the proper functioning of the branch, leading the workforce, and delivering an exceptional experience to our customers. As Assistant Store Manager, you will serve as the direct link between management and the operational team, actively participating in daily operations supervision, inventory control, cost management, and staff development. Your leadership will be essential in upholding the brand’s quality, service, and profitability standards. Responsibilities Support the Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract and retain customers. Coordinate daily branch operations (sales, orders, payments, and customer service). Track weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals. Supervise and control inventory, operating costs, and budgets. Evaluate staff performance and identify hiring and training needs. Train, supervise, and motivate the team to achieve high performance. Handle and resolve customer complaints, ensuring their satisfaction. Analyze consumer behavior and propose improvements to product positioning. Prepare reports and analyze key metrics such as revenue, expenses, and competition. Conduct periodic audits to ensure proper branch operation and presentation. Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and standards. Act as a brand representative, leading by example. Requirements Proven experience as an Assistant Store Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role in restaurants or retail. Experience in recruitment, training, and performance evaluation processes. Knowledge of basic financial principles and customer service. Numerical aptitude for preparing and analyzing reports, sales statistics, and inventory data. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Problem-solving orientation and ability to make decisions under pressure. Availability and flexibility to work rotating shifts.
