Education: High school diploma or technical degree. Must be at least 25 years old. Valid INE (National Identity Card) and completed job application form. Responsible, proactive, and eager to work as part of a team. What would be your responsibilities? Manage material and energy resources. Plan, evaluate, supervise, and support preventive and corrective maintenance services. Daily supervision of the proper operation of electromechanical systems and equipment. Review supplier documentation related to fire extinguisher refills and fire alarm maintenance. Knowledge of electricity, air conditioning, fire protection systems, CCTV, hydraulic systems, general areas, cleaning, hydrosanitary systems, kitchen equipment, and general maintenance.
