YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist chefs - Support food preparation for cold and hot kitchens - Assist with inventory orders - Support all tasks required by the Chef As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be part of a team committed to culinary excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Chef in all kitchen tasks, from ingredient preparation to dish cooking. REQUIREMENTS: - Formal culinary education - Minimum 1 year of experience in kitchens, restaurants, or industrial cafeterias - Basic knowledge of cold and hot kitchens - Excellent attitude - Teamwork - Flexible schedule availability Prior kitchen experience is required, as well as organizational skills and attention to detail. You must be communicative and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, a positive outlook and proactive attitude are essential to contribute to the workplace atmosphere.
