A company specializing in facility services is seeking a cleaning service supervisor in Toluca (multi-site). We are looking for a responsible individual with a strong sense of urgency and follow-up ability to oversee cleaning and maintenance services at an industrial park. The main objective is to ensure proper cleaning service delivery, customer service, personnel reporting and headcount tracking, as well as weekly payroll reporting. Personnel under supervision: Cleaning operators Service scope: Industrial areas, common areas Required knowledge: Cleaning routines and industrial cleaning processes Cleaning and disinfection techniques Personnel management Use of specific PPE Proper waste handling Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in this position Mandatory prior experience in cleaning services Education: Technical degree Willingness to travel between different facilities in Toluca Personal vehicle preferred Proven experience managing at least 50 employees We offer: Weekly take-home salary Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; and either Saturday or Sunday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, depending on operational needs.
