**Position Objective** Analyze, interpret, and forecast financial information to support sound, efficient decision-making aligned with the company’s strategic objectives. The Financial Analyst will be responsible for building models, reports, and key analyses to ensure control, profitability, and sustainable growth. \- **Key Responsibilities** Financial Analysis and Control * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. * Analyze variances against budget, forecast, and actual results. * Evaluate costs, expenses, and contribution margins by business unit. * Support the development and monitoring of the annual budget. Financial Modeling * Develop financial models to evaluate projects, investments, and new initiatives. * Perform cash flow, revenue, and profitability projections. * Create scenarios (best case / base case / worst case) for risk analysis. Data Management and KPIs * Consolidate and clean data from various departments for comparative analysis. * Ensure integrity, consistency, and accuracy of financial information. * Design dashboards and KPIs for Financial Management and key departments. Audit and Compliance Support * Prepare financial documentation for internal and external audits. * Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and internal control policies. Optimization and Continuous Improvement * Identify opportunities for cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved controls. * Propose enhancements to financial, budgeting, and reporting processes. **Ideal Candidate Profile** Academic Background * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. * Preferred: courses or certifications in financial modeling, data analysis, or advanced Excel. **Experience** * 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), budgetary control, or related areas. * Prior experience building and explaining financial models. Technical Competencies * Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, modeling). * Knowledge of corporate finance, general accounting, and financial statement analysis. * Experience with financial tools and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Odoo, etc.). * Preferred: Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
