Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy or related field (intern or graduate) * Experience in pastry and production. * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling. * Availability to assist in operational tasks and cleaning. * Responsible, organized, and proactive. * Ability to work under pressure and in a team. * Valid driver's license (manual and automatic). Responsibilities: * Preparation of pastry products. * Ingredient preparation and mise en place (weighing, cutting, portioning, and organizing supplies). * Support in general kitchen production as required. * Cleaning and organizing the work area before, during, and after production. * Washing of utensils, molds, trays, and kitchen equipment. * Disinfection of surfaces and compliance with hygiene standards. * Organization of cold rooms, refrigerators, and storage areas. * Expiration date verification and product arrangement. * Assistance with inventory and goods receipt. * Teamwork with kitchen and production staff. * Compliance with quality, organization, and safety standards.
