Currently, we are looking for a talented and dedicated Payroll Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities: \- Carry out the complete payroll process for employees across three work centers, ensuring correct calculation of salaries, overtime, and deductions. \- Process payrolls accurately and on time. \- Maintain records and update information, including preparation of reports and data analysis. \- Calculate taxes and withholdings related to payrolls. \- Manage payroll incidents and changes, including hires, terminations, and salary modifications. \- Collaborate with the human resources team in implementing and updating payroll-related policies and procedures. \- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and legislation regarding payroll. \- Track and safeguard vacation request forms. \- Address and resolve employee inquiries related to their salaries and other payroll matters. \- Ensure delivery of payroll receipts to the email provided by the employee. Requirements: \- Previous experience in similar roles as a Payroll Analyst or related fields. \- Solid knowledge of labor and tax laws and regulations related to payroll. \- Proven ability to work accurately and confidentially in payroll processing and handling sensitive information. \- Strong analytical skills and ability to identify and solve payroll-related issues. \- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. \- Good verbal and written communication skills. \- Proficiency in computer tools and software related to payroll processing.
