Train and develop the team on products and sales techniques Due to company growth, we are seeking a Retail Store Assistant Manager. Objective: Support the store manager in daily operations and achievement of sales, profitability, and customer service objectives, ensuring compliance with brand standards and internal procedures to guarantee a positive shopping experience for customers. What will you do? Supervise and motivate the sales team to ensure they remain focused on delivering excellent customer service. Ensure appropriate inventory levels and that products are well-organized and visible in-store. Supervise daily operations including store opening and closing. Achieve sales targets. Collaborate with the team to meet or exceed established sales targets through implementation of effective strategies. Collaborate with the store manager to implement strategies that promote sales of key products, such as new launches or limited editions. Ensure each customer has a positive shopping experience, assisting with issue resolution. Team Development Train sales staff on both products and sales techniques to ensure they possess the necessary skills to perform their jobs effectively. Conduct regular performance reviews of the team, providing feedback and recommending areas for improvement. Administrative Process Control Ensure cash handling, returns, and transactions are processed correctly. What are we looking for? Minimum 2 years’ recent experience as an assistant manager Technical degree education Experience in individual conversion rate Experience in average transaction value Experience in customer service Experience in achieving sales targets People management experience What do we offer?
