Technical leadership in deployment and migration projects DESCRIPTION Design, implement, configure, and operate security solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring protection of identities, devices, email, and data in Microsoft 365 and hybrid architectures. REQUIREMENTS **Key Responsibilities** * Design and implement Microsoft 365-based security architecture\. * Administer and configure **Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)**: * Conditional Access * MFA * Identity Protection * PIM (Privileged Identity Management) * SSO and application integration * Implement and administer **Microsoft Intune**: * MDM / MAM * Compliance policies * Management of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices * Autopilot * Configure and operate **Microsoft Defender for Office 365 (Antispam / Antiphishing)**: * Antispam policies * Safe Links * Safe Attachments * Phishing and BEC protection * Administration and hardening of **Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams)**. * Implement DLP (Data Loss Prevention) policies. * Configure Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Identity, Cloud Apps). * Monitor security alerts and integrate with SIEM. * Manage audits, compliance, and best practices. * Execute platform deployments, migrations, and upgrades. * Level 3 technical support and advanced resolution of complex incidents and issues. * Automate security processes using PowerShell, Graph API, and advanced scripting. **Essential Technical Requirements** * 5\+ years of experience in cybersecurity. * 3\+ years administering security in Microsoft 365 environments. * Demonstrable experience in: * **Advanced configuration and operation of Entra ID.** * **Implementation and administration of Intune (MDM/MAM).** * **Configuration of antispam and antiphishing policies in Defender for Office 365\.** * Hardening of Microsoft 365\. * Evaluate and improve Microsoft Secure Score. * Hybrid integrations (On\-prem AD \+ Entra ID). * Solid knowledge of: * Active Directory. * Authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect). * Email security. * Identity management and Zero Trust. **Desirable / Required Certifications** Highly desirable: * Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator (SC\-300\) * Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst (SC\-200\) * Microsoft Certified: Security Administrator (MS\-500 or updated equivalent) * Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator Additional desirable: * AZ\-500 (Azure Security Engineer) **Key Competencies** * Ability to design secure Microsoft 365 architecture. * Technical leadership in deployment and migration projects. * Strong analytical and incident resolution capabilities. * Focus on compliance and risk reduction. * Effective communication with technical and business stakeholders.
